Fulfillment Policy
Welcome to Jenn Possick, The Ads Maven! We strive to provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction. Below, you’ll find our policies for refunds, cancellations, and service delivery.
Refund Policy
- Online Course (Launch Fuel):
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our online course, Launch Fuel. If you’ve completed the work for the first three modules and feel the course does not provide value to your business, we will issue a refund. To request a refund, please email us at jenn@jennpossick.com with proof of completed work within 30 days of purchase.
Note: Refunds are not provided for incomplete course work or requests made after the 30-day period. - 1:1 Services (Ads Management, Ad Concierge, Ads SOS):
All payments for 1:1 services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of these services, we do not provide refunds once the agreement is signed and work has begun. Please review our service agreement for full details.
Return Policy
As we do not offer physical products, our services are not subject to return. If you have any concerns about your service experience, please contact us at jenn@jennpossick.com so we can assist you.
Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions or Services:
- For ongoing services such as Ads Management, either party may cancel the agreement at any time with written notice.
- If you cancel before the agreed service term ends, you will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation, as outlined in the service agreement.
- Missed appointments without notice may not be rescheduled at the discretion of the service provider. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Online Course (Launch Fuel):
Once purchased, access to the online course cannot be canceled. However, if you are within the 30-day refund window, you may request a refund as outlined in the refund policy above.
Service Delivery
As our services are digital and/or consulting-based, there is no physical product shipment. Below is how we fulfill our services:
- Online Course (Launch Fuel):
Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the course materials through our online learning platform. If you encounter any issues accessing your course, please contact us at jenn@jennpossick.com. - 1:1 Services (Ads Management, Ad Concierge, Ads SOS):
After signing the service agreement and completing payment, we will work with you to schedule consultations and begin the agreed-upon services. Ongoing communication is required for timely fulfillment. Any delays caused by a lack of client response may impact the timeline of service delivery.
